The Fool and Lou Reed's White Light-White Heat have never
been released - a fact pointed out on the sleeve which also lists the
original albums the tracks came from and the fan club address.
White Light-White Heat was taken from an earlier 1980 concert.
Pleasantly Disturbed
fades out halfway through the song.
